Movies under the stars, sea breeze, and short films lighting up a summer night in Limassol. What an evening!

ISFFC warmly thanks everyone who joined the open-air screening at Molos Amphitheatre. Watching five films from the 15th edition come alive again under the open sky, with the sea just a breath away, was pure magic.

Your presence, your applause, and your love for short film made the night unforgettable. And the best part? This is only a taste of what's ahead. Screenings, new voices, fresh stories, and so many reasons to fall in love with short film all over again. Until then, keep the summer spirit alive. October is going to be amazing!

Σινεμά κάτω από τα αστέρια, θαλασσινό αεράκι και μικρού μήκους ταινίες ήταν τα συστατικά που έκαναν την πρώτη προβολή του φεστιβάλ που έρχεται, υπέροχη.

Ευχαριστούμε θερμά όσους βρέθηκαν στην υπαίθρια προβολή στο Αμφιθέατρο Μόλου. Ήταν μαγικό να βλέπουμε πέντε ταινίες της 15ης διοργάνωσης να ζωντανεύουν ξανά κάτω από τον ανοιχτό ουρανό. Η παρουσία σας, το χειροκρότημά σας και η αγάπη σας για τη μικρού μήκους έκαναν τη βραδιά αξέχαστη.
Και το καλύτερο; Αυτό ήταν μόνο μια πρώτη γεύση. Ο Οκτώβριος έρχεται γεμάτος προβολές, νέες φωνές, φρέσκες ιστορίες και πολλούς ακόμη λόγους να ερωτευτούμε ξανά τις μικρού μήκους ταινίες.

Ο Οκτώβριος θα είναι υπέροχος!

ISFFC, in collaboration with Talents Generator Factory, is opening applications for What's the Story? Cyprus, an intensive five-day short film development writing workshop.

Up to ten selected filmmakers, film directors and screenwriters, will work together to kickstart their storylines for an upcoming short film.

A Monday Night Screening
Looking for a different kind of Monday night this Summer?

The Cyprus Family Planning Association (CFPA), and the International Short Film Festival of Cyprus (ISFFC), invite you to an open-air short film screening in their garden followed by music and drinks, for a summer night designed to make you forget you are in the city.

Diomedes Koufteros & Keti Papadema (Artistic Directors ISFFC) curated a selection of four distinct short films that explore the complexities of youth, sexuality, family dynamics, and identity:

Overnight Coup (dir. Marina Xenofontos, Cyprus, 2025)- 16' A coming-of-age story navigating a night out against the backdrop of historical memory
The Devil and the Bicycle (dir. Sharon Hakim, Lebanon / France / Egypt, 2024)- 24' A humorous look at youth, religion, and sexual awakening.
Because today is Saturday (dir. Alice Eça Guimarães, Portugal, 2025)-12'
An animated exploration of motherhood and the need for personal space.
Dear Mother (dir. Theodor Solin, Sweden, 2025) - 13'
A comedic take on shifting family dynamics and hidden tensions.

After the films, join the Creative Directors for a short discussion and then, stick around for music drinks, and food provided by The Three Bakers

Με μια συνεργασία με το Διεθνές Φεστιβάλ Ταινιών Μικρού Μήκους Κύπρου (ISFFC) σχεδιάσαμε μια υπαίθρια προβολή ταινιών μικρού μήκους στον κήπο μας, η οποία θα ακολουθηθεί από μουσική, ποτό και φαγητό, για μια καλοκαιρινή βραδιά που θα σας κάνει να ξεχάσετε ότι βρίσκεστε μέσα στην πόλη.

Οι Διομήδης Κουφτερός & Καίτη Παπαδήμα (Καλλιτεχνικοί Διευθυντές ISFFC) επιμελήθηκαν μια επιλογή τεσσάρων ξεχωριστών ταινιών μικρού μήκους που εξερευνούν τις πολυπλοκότητες της νεότητας, της σεξουαλικότητας, της οικογενειακής δυναμικής και της ταυτότητας:
