Once a year, when the workday at DEPRAG ends, the garden party begins. 🎉

Good food, refreshing drinks, ice cream from Iventwerkstatt, great conversations, and one very unexpected challenge: bull riding. 🤠🐂

Our annual garden party brought colleagues together for an evening full of laughter, shared moments, and plenty of team spirit.

A special highlight was celebrating the achievements of our apprentices and honoring our colleagues marking 25 and 40 years with DEPRAG.

Congratulations and thank you for being part of our journey! 💚

And because no one should leave a garden party empty-handed, there was also a sweet surprise from Süßwaren Schmaußer to take home.

Danke an alle, die uns auf der Ausbildungsmesse der Wirtschaftsjunioren Amberg-Sulzbach im Amberger Congress Centrum besucht haben! Wir haben uns riesig über eure Fragen, die vielen Gespräche und euer Interesse an einer Ausbildung bei DEPRAG gefreut. 🙌💚

From assembly lines to starting lines. 👟

This week, our DEPRAG team took part in the VR Bank Firmenlauf Amberg-Sulzbach 2026 – the biggest corporate outing in the region.

True to the motto “Healthy companies run longer”, the evening was all about movement, fun, and, most importantly, team spirit.

A big shout-out to our DEPRAG runners for supporting each other, bringing plenty of energy to the course, and representing our team with such enthusiasm. Great job, everyone! 🙌💚

What happens when fastening technology experts come together? 💡🔩

Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming RIBE Gruppe to DEPRAG in Amberg for a joint technology workshop.

From screwdriving and feeding technology to fastening solutions and practical applications, the day was all about exchanging expertise, sharing perspectives, and learning from one another.

Why are these workshops so valuable?

Because innovation often starts with open conversations. By bringing together different experiences and technological approaches, we gain new insights that help us better understand current challenges and future requirements in the industry.

Beyond the technical topics, the workshop once again showed the importance of strong partnerships and direct exchange between experts. 🤝

A big thank you to everyone from RIBE Group and DEPRAG who contributed to this inspiring day. We look forward to continuing the conversation.

When people and robots combine their strengths, they create efficient and future-ready processes. 🤖👩‍🔧

Automation is not about replacing people. It is about enabling them to focus on where their expertise creates the greatest value.

Collaborative robots can take over repetitive tasks such as serial screwdriving with precision, consistency, and reliability. Especially in applications that require a high degree of repeatability, automation can fully leverage its strengths.

This allows employees to concentrate on more demanding tasks: applying their experience, improving processes, solving complex challenges, and driving innovation.

This successful interaction was demonstrated in a research project at the University and Research Center Tulln. Together with Wood K plus, Graf-Holztechnik, and Würth Österreich, DEPRAG contributed to showcasing how people, robots, and intelligent screwdriving technology can work together efficiently.

The result is a production environment where technology supports people, enhances process reliability, and creates new opportunities for value-added work.

Because the future of manufacturing is not about people 𝗼𝗿 robots.

It is about people 𝗮𝗻𝗱 robots. 🤝
