"I am a crematorium manager because I am committed to providing respectful, compassionate care during one of the most difficult times in people's lives. This role allows me to combine organisational skills with a deep sense of empathy, ensuring that every detail is handled with dignity and professionalism.

I take pride in maintaining high standards in both facility operations and client service, creating a peaceful and respectful environment for families saying goodbye to their loved ones. For me, it's more than a job, it's a meaningful responsibility to help others navigate grief with grace and support."

☀️ Another hot day ahead… and our favourite team member Ted has found a spot with his two favourite things… the sun and his ball!!! Although he can’t fully decide between this spot outside and in front of the fan in the office 🤣.

Our memorial gardens provide a peaceful and comforting place for families to pause, reflect, and remember their loved ones.

Within the gardens, we offer a variety of memorial options, and we appreciate how important it is to choose something meaningful for you and your family.

Meet Ted 🐾

Ted is the gentle heart of our crematorium, always nearby with a calm presence, a wagging tail, and a quiet way of bringing comfort when words are hard to find.

Whether he’s greeting families at the door, sitting quietly beside someone who needs a moment, or simply brightening the room with his little blue bow tie, Ted has become a much-loved part of our team. He reminds us every day that compassion can come in many forms, sometimes with four paws and a wet nose.

We know visits here can be emotional and difficult, and Ted has a special gift for helping people feel a little more at ease. His sweet nature and friendly face have already brought smiles, comfort, and connection to so many.

If you see Ted during your visit, feel free to say hello, he’ll be more than happy to make a new friend. 💙
