It's been a little while so I thought I'd just give a quick Spring update via my Headspace. I talk a little about university, work, cinema and free time over lockdown.

It’s been a while since I’ve last updated my headspace and as much as I have been keeping busy with studying, it’s also been rather quite as expected with the pandemic. Mainly I’ve been walking a lot more, one of the keen advantages of the Pandemic and better weather, as well as taking more ...

As the pandemic continues within film exhibition, I was given the opportunity by Independent Cinema Office to write about my experience and my advice to others. I don't know if this will be helpful to everyone but I hope it makes people aware that no matter their issues, they're not alone!

We hear about the mental health support available for film workers, some advice on how to manage your wellbeing, and a personal account of someone's experience during the pandemic.

Happy New Year!
I thought it might be good to provide a short update on myself and The Unbound Screen so please check it out. Just a little vlong post on my thoughts going into the new year.
I hope your all doing well and that we all have a better year in 2021!

Happy New Year! Like many cinema screens in Scotland and around the world, things have been quite silent with myself and the Unbound Screen. Even into 2021, the pandemic continues to be an issue for everyone. So we must try to make the best of 2021 and find new and interesting opportunities. I wou

Hello all,
Really glad to be launching 'The Unbound Screen', my banner for freelancing as a cinema & film festival consultant and film & screen events practitioner. This is something I've been planning since being made redundant from my previous cinema role at the start of October due to the current pandemic. I really hope to support the work of cinemas and film festivals especially with engaging with young audiences along with their general business practices and more. I also look forward to creating new and exciting experiences for audiences, providing an interesting way to engage and interact with film and the screen.
As this is a difficult time for myself, it is also a difficult time for our industry which I hope to support with The Unbound Screen. Please check out my website below for me and I hope to hear from you soon.
