Tomorrow is the Summit at the Emirates stadium in London. Noah’s CEO will be on one of the panels, taking on the question ‘Has the Sports Doc Boom Peaked? Fatigue Vs Demand’.

From Drive to Survive to Sunderland ‘Til I Die, the sports doc boom reshaped how audiences connect with teams, athletes, and the drama behind the scenes. But as streamers scale back, formats become more familiar, and fan fatigue creeps in, has the golden era of the sports documentary run its course?

The session will ask whether we’ve hit peak doc, or if the genre is simply evolving.

John will be joined by Lucy Cutler (FilmNova), Rick Murray (Workerbee), Claire McArdle (CMG Productions) and host Rachel Stringer.

🌍 Noah Media Group - October Wrap 🎬

🎭 We began October with Noah earning 3 nominations in this year’s awards. ‘Football’s Financial Shame: The Story of V11’ is up for Best Sports Documentary (over 60 minutes). The Beautiful Game, a promo we made with , has been nominated for Best Original Content by a Rights Holder. And Noah has been nominated for Sports Production Company of the Year!

📻 Also this month, , one of the directors of our film Made Of Steel, appeared on to discuss the making of the documentary with Adrian Chiles

🏆 I’M CARL LEWIS! won Best Biopic at the annual . The award was part of a huge ceremony and collected by Noah CEO and Executive Producer on the documentary

🎥 Our film Snow Leopard Sisters continued its festival world tour. Latest accolades for the documentary include the Audience Award at the Doctober film festival and the People’s Choice Award from the film festival!

📹 And finally for October, our Post Production Assistant was nominated for a Broadcast Tech Innovation Award, in the Young Talent of the Year category.

Our film Snow Leopard Sisters has been continuing its impressive festival tour around the world!

The documentary has now screened at over 20 festivals and picked up numerous great reviews and awards along the way. The latest accolades are the Audience Award at the Doctober film festival in the US, and the Planet in Focus People’s Choice Award from the in film festival in Canada.

The documentary tells the story of two Indigenous women from Nepal’s remote Dolpo region, who form an unlikely friendship to save one of the planet’s most mysterious and vulnerable wild cats: the snow leopard.

It was a memorable evening in Monaco last night as I’M CARL LEWIS! won Best Biopic at the annual

The award for our film on the legendary US Olympian was part of a huge ceremony attended by Prince Albert and a host of French sports stars.

The award was collected on behalf of the film team by Noah CEO and Executive Producer on the documentary

Two years ago this week our film about wheelchair Rugby League, Made Of Steel, aired as part of the documentary strand.

A couple of years later and the film is still being talked about!

Last week, one of the film’s directors, , appeared on Adrian Chiles’ show in a 20 minute feature to discuss how the documentary was made, along with legend .4 .

Our film on the legendary US Olympian has been nominated for Best Biopic. We’re honoured to be a part of the awards and look forward to celebrating with the other nominees later this month.

More good news for our film Snow Leopard Sisters from its impressive festival run.

The film was recently part of the Ladek Mountain Festival in Poland, where it won both the Audience award and the award given to the Best Film About People and Mountains.

Judges said the film was “recognized for its masterful combination of the intimate story of its protagonists with the problem of the extinction of snow leopards, as well as the sensitive portrayal of the conflict between Nepalese herders and the protection of the endangered species.”

Congratulations to all the team who worked on the film 🏆🏆👏
