– Shops, offices, churches, garages, sheds, farms, castles, manors, chalets. Anything that might be suitable to film in. Yes, some might be too small to film inside but they may need your front door and then film the interior somewhere else. Many films, dramas, commercials are made in the UK but we miss out. We will charge commission when properties are used, this will help to cover the costs of a suitable website once we have enough properties registered.


NO information identifying the properties, such as location, who owns it, or any contact details will be published, just photos in various categories. The IOW Hub will hold all details on file which will be stored securely in line with GDPR. (A copy of our data protection policy is available on request)

📣 Location SOS – Can You Help?

We’re urgently looking for a flakey white-painted wall (think weathered, characterful, with peeling paint if possible) for a filming project taking place in October.

✅ Must have enough space in front for both a motorhome and a car.
✅ Ideally on a large private driveway, land, or car park
✅ Must be accessible and safe for filming
❌ We were set to use the Winter Gardens in Ventnor, but it’s now being repainted, so we need an alternative ASAP!

A really rundown, stand alone Large house / Manor, with a long path to the door. Ideally flaky painted house ( Preferably was White ish..) PLEASE SEND PHOTOS ASAP PLEASE if you know of anywhere or own a property like this. Thats on its own or completely isolated..
