A mix of I Am Legend and a sprinkle of The Walking Dead, without the zombies. This one surprised me. Beneath the post-apocalyptic setting and survival story is a much deeper film about loss, loneliness, humanity and finding something worth fighting for.

If you know Anthony Bourdain's story, this is a snapshot of the early years of someone who inspired so many. If you don't know his story, it offers insight into a troubled, selfish young man who eventually finds his passion and direction in life. Forget Bake Off, this is a very different kind of kitchen story!
