📢 We're hiring! Two new roles at Broadway!

🎬 Head of Film Hub Midlands (in partnership with Flatpack)
We're looking for an experienced project and people manager to lead the Hub team, build partnerships with cinemas, festivals and filmmakers, and champion cultural cinema across the Midlands.
💷 Salary: £44,958
⏰ Hours: full time, 37.5 hours a week
📅 Contract: fixed term to March 2029

🤝 Community Bookings and Gallery Coordinator
Help make Broadway a welcoming community hub in the heart of Hockley. You don't need cinema or gallery experience. If you've coordinated community activity and care about opening up cultural spaces to more people, we'd love to hear from you.
💷 Salary: £27,000 full-time equivalent (£10,800 pro rata)
⏰ Hours: 15 hours a week, flexible over 2 to 4 days
📅 Contract: fixed term to July 2028
