🎬FESTIVAL ANNOUNCEMENT🎬
DATES: Tuesday 10th November - Sunday 15th November

Join Wicked Wales as we celebrates 10 years of holding our International Youth Film Festival.

To help us celebrate 10 years we will be holding a slightly longer festival this year to give us more time to show the short films made by talented young people from all over the world.

We will also be holding various other activities such as:
🎥 Workshops
🎥 Masterclasses
🎥 Community screenings
🎥 and an International exchange program

During the festival we will be premiering the short film we shot earlier this year: 12 Doors - The White Helmet

The production saw 20+ Young people experience first hand what it is like being on an active film set. Each of the young people will also be invited to the premier event.

We have had an amazing day 2 here at Wicked Wales, we welcomed students from Rhyl High School for an industry day here at the studios.

They were split into 2 teams and between them wrote and shot there very own short film within a film set.

It was a great introduction to the equipment and processes into creating your very own short film.

The Wicked Wales International Youth Film Festival 2025 is well underway.

This morning we welcomed 60 School children from Ysgol Emmanuel and Ysgol Melyd to enjoy watching a selection of the short films we received this year. after each film they joined us in a little discussion where they got to share there thoughts about each of the films.
