The company is run by husband and wife, Alexander and Olivia Walder-Smith, along with The Games Room Company team. We are constantly scouring the globe for new and innovative products for our showroom and website, as well as sourcing and restoring our vintage products, for which we have become well known. The Games Room Company employs highly skilled staff and the necessary service structure to support our unique products. We are not simply internet traders and pride ourselves on our aftersales service. We only use our own staff to deliver and install our products, (never a third party courier) and are the only company to offer a one year on site parts and labour warranty on all purchases within Great Britain. We also offer our overseas customers a fair warranty arrangement when our products are sold abroad. Waldersmith, our bespoke department, offers exceptional and one-off pieces for customers seeking the very best.
