Wonderwoman 1984 spoiler free review :
What to expect :
1. Good storytelling
2. Better graphics compared to some of the DC movies in the past, but, the bad graphics turns up every now and then making it feel like film was made by 2 or 3 different directors.
3. Gal Gadot, no words more than that 😂😂😂 screen presence is enough, she is just being so beautiful and she is maintaining it even when she has to cry.
What not to expect:
1. A storyline that is dark like usual DC films or good like usual marvel films : the storyline is not for adults, literally i could relate it to some of the Disney kids movies made in the past.
2. A concrete message and distinction between good and evil : usually movies which have a good and bad theme, at the end tell you what is good and what is bad and make it a reason why the villain is defeated, but in the movie, we are left to go in circles and to find out only that villains lose only because they were what.... selfish?? After movies like the DC's old batman trilogy, marvel's black panther to name among the few, the villain in the film is neither lacking a good and strong motive nor being the evilest person, he is just being a businessman and tada, guess what he is acting like the evilest person on earth suddenly.
3. From the trailers, I expected cheetah to be major but, (minor spoiler ahead in this point alone) cheetah is nothing like in the comics or series, she is just cheetah don't even know why she chose cheetah, no character build up at all.
P.S: I am a marvel fan, so bias is bound to be there, if you want to know if the film is really as bad as the 6.9 rating out of ten they gave on IMDb, there is only one way to find out, go see the movie in theatres and find out yourself, this Christmas or new year.
