Job Title: Audio/Video Production and Social Media Specialist
Overview:
Responsible for the end-to-end production of audio and video content, including both pre- and post-production phases, as well as managing and optimizing social media channels to enhance brand presence and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Audio/Video Production:
Pre-Production:
Planning: Develop project concepts, create scripts, and prepare storyboards.
Scheduling: Coordinate filming dates, locations, and talent.
Equipment Setup: Ensure all necessary equipment (cameras, microphones, lighting) is ready and functioning.
Production:
Filming: Operate cameras, capture high-quality video, and record clear audio.
Directing: Guide talent and manage on-set activities to ensure smooth production.
Post-Production:
Editing: Edit video and audio footage to produce a polished final product. Include transitions, effects, and graphics as needed.
Sound Design: Add music, sound effects, and perform audio mixing to enhance the final product.
Color Correction: Adjust and enhance video color and lighting for a professional look.
Final Review: Ensure all content meets project objectives and quality standards before delivery.
2. Social Media Handling:
Content Creation: Develop and design engaging posts, graphics, and videos tailored to various social media platforms.
Scheduling and Posting: Use social media management tools to schedule and publish content at optimal times.
Engagement: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and interact with followers.
Analytics: Track performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, reach, and conversions), generate reports, and adjust strategies based on data insights.
Strategy Development: Create and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic or engagement.
Skills Required:
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in audio/video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), camera and sound equipment, and post-production techniques.
Creative Skills: Strong visual storytelling, editing, and sound design capabilities.
Social Media Expertise: Knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and analytics tools.
Tools and Equipment:
Production: DSLR or video cameras, microphones, lighting equipment, editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
Social Media: Social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-specific insights).
