September is marked as a nutrition month and ullaas kuch pal conducted a workshop on EAT RIGHT FOR BETTER LIFE with Dr Bhawna Gandhi . She emphasised on VOCAL FOR LOCAL .
Proper sleep, exercise , less stress and eating in moderation keep you healthy and when one is healthy weight will be maintained automatically .
Focus on your health and not on your weight was the carry home message by the speaker .

The twist of the session was potluck competition, focusing on LOW CALORIE, LOW SALT AND LOW SUGAR RECIPES. Participation of all the members was well appreciated. The recipes were judged by chef Sandhya Piyush Garg .
