"Bombay Talkies" has produced films like 'Achut Kanya', ‘Karma’, 'Jeevan Naiya', 'Bandhan', 'Kangan', 'Mahal', 'Basant', 'Jhoola', 'Karma', 'Neelkamal', 'Ziddi', 'Andolan', and others. Film 'Kismet', which is termed as the most successful and mega hit film of Indian cinema ran for more than 3 years in almost every cinema hall, was also produced by Bombay Talkies. Everyone knows 'Bombay Talkies' has given many super stars to Indian cinema which no other film company has done. Kavi Pradeep the great lyricist, singer and music director who wrote "Aye Mere Watan Ke Logo ' was introduced in 1939 film Kangan. South India's biggest film company and the largest distributor, studio founder L.V. Prasad of Prasad Lab worked for eight years as a technician in 'Bombay Talkies'. Tarachand Barjatya founder of Rajshri Productions and distributer of hindi cinema was Head of Distribution Department of Bombay Talkies.
