, a Mumbai based film Production Company and a designing studio. Recently we have produced and created a short film, (as a public awareness campaign) on the grave social issue of `female feticide`. And currently trying to take it to people through various media platform. Friends, `909 BHASKAR NIWAS` is our first Hindi feature film. (It’s simple/funny story of a 24 year old middle class boy & his experience for 3 months as PG with a weird landlord in the suburbs of Mumbai.) This is our first time to raise funds online like this and honestly we don’t know how it works or will it work at all, so letting it out in front of you`ll as it is and humbly requesting you to help and contribute as per your wish to reach us our target fund raising goal. Protagonist of the film Abhi is a 24 year old boy, from a middle class family and values. He has come to Mumbai from a small town. Since he is new in his job and in a beginning of his career, he can’t afford a place of his own to stay in Mumbai and looking out for affordable PG accommodation in suburbs of Mumbai. Temporarily Abhi is staying with his married long distant cousin. SYNOPSIS
Protagonist of the film 24 year old ABHI has seen all kinds of PG accommodations in the city of Mumbai where privacy is a luxury and he can`t imagine himself living like that. And presently where he is staying with his relative things are getting bad to worse for him. Abhi is in desperate need of a new place. One such evening Abhi receives following sms:

Separate room /bathroom – VARUN
ABHI calls VARUN immediately and goes to see his place, he instantly likes the place. But at the same time for some reason he finds VARUN bit weird, because one though the house is clean, nice, well maintained and situated in decent locality in the suburbs of Mumbai, but VARUN the owner of the house in his is 50`s ,dressed and looks poor, as if he is a care taker of the house. Second VARUN`S hands and fingers has kind of skin diesis or he must have scratched it profusely for years. After leaving from VARUN`S place ABHI is in two minds, suddenly he gets a call from VARUN and convinces him and offers even to reducing the rent. The very next day Abhi moves to VARUN`S place. As he enters the house he can see there is a boy same age as his (previous PG) he looks very unhappy with VARUN, he tries to tell something to Abhi but stops for some reason
As soon as the previous PG is out, VARUN makes Abhi feel at home and helps him settle down. He even offers him dinner; Abhi is feeling at home and for the first time since he arrived in Mumbai sleeps well. The next day VARUN ignores Abhi completely, Abhi feels cheated like a child and confused with VARUNS behavior, his mind start thinking why the previous PG was unhappy and what he wanted to tell him. Suddenly VARUN comes out and gives - Abhi do`s and don’ts about living at his place as PG. Abhi can’t believe that this was the same person he met yesterday; gentle and caring or this one who is so rude , insensitive and detached, guy? Abhi is getting late for the office, he gives up thinking further and leaves for work. Week pass by VARUN and Abhi hardly talks with each other and Abhi is not complaining since he enjoys his privacy and being on his own. As the days passes he finds VARUN weirder. There are things that confusing Abhi; first, all bathroom latches are such that it can be opened from in and out, all ceiling fan has cover like table fan with plastic blades, instead of mettle one. He is not allowed to use kitchen or touch gas. As Abhi thinks more about VARUN, he finds him weirder and it is affecting his work. What happens next? Who is VARUN? And why he comes out so weird? Why the previous PG was unhappy and leaving? Why bathroom had weird latches that can be opened from as well and ceiling fan with covers? WHAT is VARUNS story? Welcome to sanity/ insanity. . . . . ABHI gets up from a sleep, he looks over slept. ABHI walks up to the bathroom. The bathroom door is not opening. He looks around for VARUN but can’t see him. ABHI
Sir? . . . Sir ye bathroom door nahi khul raha hai! ABHI cautiously waits! After long time there is no response! ABHI needs to go to the bathroom badly & feeling weird! He walks up to the kitchen & peeps in, he finds Varun wide awake sitting there. ABHI
Sir Wahan bathroom darwaza khul nahi raha hai … kya aap jara…. VARUN is still wide awake & not responding to ABHI,

Sir Aap thik toh hai…? After a while! ABHI
Sir Mai aap KO disturb nahi karna chahata hoon par...
Still no response from VARUN
ABHI
Kya mai andar wali Bathroom use kar sakta hoon? No response from Varun. ABHI
Sir... ok carry on mai apka disturb kar raha hoon, just going & using other bathroom
