Piumaworld contributed to the 2017 final of Italia’s Got Talent, the Italian version of the international Got Talent series, providing the remote control dolly Combi Star with column. 2.3 million Italian viewers watched the last episode of the talent show, broadcast on TV8 and Sky Uno. Piumaworld provided 3 Combi Star dollies on curved tracks for the shooting of some episodes of L’intervista (The Interview), the talk-show broadcast on Canale 5 and fronted by the Italian television presenter Maurizio Costanzo. The Combi Star range is a series of remote control dollies designed in order to be able to run on tracks on the ground or to be rigged upside down. Service: On Air Production.

Piumaworld contributed to the shooting of the Vasco Rossi Modena Park concert held at Enzo Ferrari Park. The event broke the world record for the most successful ticketed concert: the singer, celebrating his 40 years of career, performed in front of more than 220.000 paying spectators and more than 5.5 million Italian viewers watched the show broadcast on Rai 1. Piumaworld provided its renowned remote controlled dolly Combi Star, expanded with the telescopic Combi Column and equipped with Piumaworld’s remote head Comat. Furthermore 3 telescopic columns with Comat remote heads were rigged in standalone mode: one of these columns has been especially designed and manufactured for this event. This “XL-Combi column”, reliable and compact as the smaller versions, has a remarkable extension of 4.5 meters. The shooting of the concert has been transformed into a film, directed by Pepsy Romanoff, shown in Italian cinemas during the Christmas period, also available on DVD.

Piumaworld contributed to the VIP party at The Mall (Milan) for the premiere of 2018 Campari Red Diaries short movie - The Legend of Red Hand, starring the globally renowned actress Zoe Saldana and the Italian actor Adriano Giannini, directed by the Italian director Stefano Sollima. Piumaworld provided its very reliable modular remote Combi dolly system, this time in Aria version: quickly mounted in hanging position. The system was rigged on truss with an 11m track path in order to supply a top shot, with a very slow and steady pan, of barmen at work. Cameraman: Paolo Daraio.

Combi Star dolly with telescopic column and Comat head have been employed for the shooting of Musicultura 2017, the folk festival held at Macerata Sferisterio Arena. The event, fronted by Fabrizio Frizzi and directed by Piero Cesanelli, has been broadcast on Rai 1, with more than two million Italian TV viewers. Technician: Alfio Tartabini. Piumaworld contributed to Radio Italy Live - The Concert, the free event held at Duomo Square (in Milan) with great performers of Italian music and international singers. Piumaworld provided Combi Star (a dolly designed in order to be able to run on tracks on the ground or to be rigged upside down) with Comat Head (a remote control head), Combi Star with Spinhead and the Telescopic Crane MB 30 (a high-tech telescopic crane system) with remote head. 5 million Italian viewers watched “Stanotte a Venezia” (“Tonight in Venice”), broadcast on Rai 1, Rai 1 HD and on Rai tv 4K. AFC made the aerial filming with Shotover F1 for this documentary, dedicated to the history, culture and beauty of Venice. The show has been fronted by Alberto Angela and directed by Gabriele Cipollitti. The production is realized by Rai in 4K HDR.

Piumaworld, in partnership with On Air Production, contributed to the shooting of the TIM MTV Awards 2017 supplying the telescopic jib T24 with Jimmy Jib Head Upside Mode, the Combi Dolly with column and Comat Head, a Panther Dolly and a Magnum Dolly. The event, held in Rome (Piazza del Popolo) on 27 May and directed by Cristian Biondani, celebrated and rewarded the most successful singers of 2016. Service: Telecinema.
