As you book in your new project we make it our priority to write the shopping list in advance.
We have kept all our builds on schedule, and on budget, and will continue to do so by compensating for expected delays.

Neihana grew up in Taranaki and started building straight out of high school, he fell in love with the trade and has pursued it with passion. He finds fulfillment in learning the practice onsite, from one builder to another. This collaborative environment is what he initially found attractive about Building Works. Neihana appreciates a weekend away up the mountain snowboarding, as it’s a completely new world up there! If the world was Neihana’s oyster, he would build a half-pipe.

We recently celebrated the opening of Eastgate Community Centre. A community project fit for purpose, this project was a semi-commercial build focusing on functional aesthetics, large open spaces, and everyday wear and tear.

"We engaged Building Works to build our new home in Whitford. This was shortly before the Covid lockdowns started happening in NZ and it caused a lot of disruption to everyone as you can imagine. We are pleased to say that Building Works (Brian and Scott) continued to push on through this challenging time and managed to finish our house on time and within budget. They were honest, straight up and down builders who got the job done without the fuss. The house was built to excellent standards with absolute professionalism and sound expertise. I would highly recommend Brian and Scott and hope to find another opportunity to use them in the future"

Stunning new rural build in East Auckland.
Come take a virtual walk through the large gallery-style entrance... into open plan living areas that maximise sunlight with large gable end windows, venture out onto a wrap-around deck for the best view you can find in Auckland, then when the sun goes down these lucky homeowners retreat into their very own cinema room. Coming home doesn’t get much better than this!

Randal grew up on the North Shore, he initially studied Horticulture but never pursued this as a career. Randal started building for a friend and has never looked back. In particular he enjoys the satisfaction of completing a job and the on-site camaraderie. Randal connected with Building Works through shared values and he’s been an integral part of the team ever since. As a keen motorcyclist, Randal loves to escape up a winding road to a beach or camping destination.
