CINEMAKINTAL came from the combination of Spanish and Filipino word; CINEMA and KINTAL. The CINEMAKINTAL shall establish the following objectives:
a) To promote movie awareness that shall start in the campus. b) To explain and impart the usefulness of motion pictures to be applied in everyday life. c) To gather and share points of view amongst people in the Campus. d) To be the centre for critical
analysing regarding film generally. e) To produce well-known critics someday. The activities of the organization may include the following:
a) Forums or symposiums regarding films. b) Film-showing/s, either centralized or by-room/s, inside or outside the campus. c) Film-related discussions. d) Production and maintenance of website for members. e) The gathering and development of a network of people related to film industry. f) Cooperative investigations, studies and surveys, either thru organization initiative or joint responsibility. g) Member recruitment and chapter buildings and expansions. h) Such other activities and undertakings as may seem appropriate to the organization.
