TOUR de FACE

A Two-Man
Improvised Play
featuring characters
designed by You.

FORMAT: Improv

Improv is a unique, unscripted form of theater where a story is created on the spot through the collaboration between the performers and the audience.

No two shows are ever the same, and we celebrate mistakes and imperfections by weaving them in as part of the narrative.

----------------

Tour de Force (tu̇r-də-ˈfȯrs): A feat or display of strength, skill, or ingenuity

Tour de Face: Whatever this is 🎭

Audience members will be invited to create masks which will serve as the inspiration for a colorful cast of characters - some funny, some tragic, all imperfectly human.

We all wear different masks as part of everyday life. In this show, we tackle the question - can wearing a mask allow you to reveal your most authentic self?

He was born in San Miguel, Bulacan.
His mastery of the instruments made him a local prodigy.

He took employment in various small theaters and cinemas.

In 1916, Abelardo entered the newly-established University of the Philippines Conservatory of Music, where he composed the university's official anthem, UP Nating Mahal in 1917.

He wrote most of his important works while teaching at the conservatory.

In May 1931 he left Manila for Chicago to enroll at the Chicago Musical College.
He resumed his teaching at the Conservatory after returning to Manila.

He died on 1934 at the age of 41.
He was buried at the La Loma Cemetery.
