Sunday, 22 Feb - Lunar New Year Celebration

The highlight of the day was undoubtedly the thunderous lion dance performance, bringing luck and prosperity to every corner of our home.
Residents enjoyed getting Mandarin oranges and special gold coins, symbolizing abundance for the year ahead. It was wonderful to see neighbors catching up and celebrating new beginnings together.
Thank you to everyone who joining us! Wishing all our residents a year filled with good health, wealth, and happiness. 🍊🧧✨

*New rules for Personal Mobility Aids (PMAs)* 🛵

To curb the misuse of PMAs, new regulations will be introduced starting from 1 Jun 2026:

1. Users aged 69 & below must have a valid Certificate of Medical Need, unless exempted
2. Maximum speed of motorised PMAs on public paths reduced to 6km/h
3. Weight & size limits for use on public transport and paths
