Hi guys, since the end of this semester is around the corner, we are going to find new executives of TALK Club for the next semester! For those who have participated in our activities all along, you might have been quite familiar with what our club is doing. The following is the introduction of the departments in our club:
President --- Basically the director of all executives. Need to be very clear about the club. Keep all the events in schedule.
Vice President --- Help the president. XD
Event Coordinator --- Organize all the events and think of the activities to break the ice.
Public Relationship --- Promote the events of our club. Make the poster for the events. Manage the facebook fanpage.
Education Officer --- Responsible for the club courses. Invite teachers to teach in our courses.
Treasurer --- Keep track of the income and expenses of our club.
There is big difference between being the executives and being just the members. As an executive, you can know deeply how to run the club and have the chance to put your new ideas into action! Moreover, being an executive is the best chance to make friends with many people because you not only need to often communicate with the other executives, but also communicate with the other members. This is sure to give you an unforgettable memory!
