[介紹]
詠春拳是一種徒手防身武術,起源於中國南方,早期由葉問宗師的外甥盧文錦先生帶來臺灣。這門武術的特色是以手為主,以腳為輔。藉由身體結構及關節的活動達到最有效的施力及防身效果。最獨到的部份便是黐手訓練,這種對練方式可以
強化自然反應,讓學到的動作能夠內化成自然反射,幫助學習者在真實情況中直接做出反應。除了技術面的特色外,詠春拳的哲學是「人不犯我,我不犯人」,以「不敗」為原則,避免自己受到傷害,而不以擊倒敵人為首要目標。
社團不同於技藝補習班,而是讓一群具有共同興趣與熱情的人們找到歸屬感,並交互輝映的地方;我們希望,十年後的這群人,也許不再和他們大學同學連絡,但是卻還能很自然地找社團的老朋友一起出來聊天,過過手、練練拳。

[本社之教學內容及進度]
第一學期:詠春拳的第一個套路:小念頭。各動作的解析及實戰用途,並做簡單的對練了解及熟悉動作的實戰應用。學期末進入轉馬動作組合,為動作增加旋轉,進而增添了新的角度和力量。
第二學期:間單的動作組合如拉打、枕打。進入黐手對練,從盤手開始,接著有模式的動作組合對練,最後轉成自由的黐手對練,培養實戰經驗。
第二學期後:持續以黐手對練為主培養實戰經驗,增加移動步法,教練視個人進度及能力教第二個套路(尋橋)。

[李易儒教練簡介]
李教練為盧文錦師父早期之學生,習武資歷逾三十年,
除了詠春功夫深厚外,在縱鶴拳也有相當的造詣。
於盧師父門下學拳者眾,實力被認可為盧文錦詠春拳協會正式教練的卻相當少。
在台灣僅有十來位授權認可教練,而李教練為其中之一。
教練為人謙沖自牧,待人和氣,在社團內教學講求實際與基礎,
武學觀念講解清晰而有系統,且絕不藏私,是武學路上不可多得的好導師。

[Intro]
Wing-Chun is a type of bare-handed self-defense, originating from Southern China, brought to Taiwan by Ip Man's nephew Lo Man Kam. Through the use of body structure and joint mobility, the body can achieve the most effective way of exercising force and sefl-defense. Wing-Chun's most unique part is Chi-Sao practice (translates roughly to “Sticky Hands”), this sparring method is used to internalize the moves into reflexes and familiarize with combat. Other than skills and practice methods, Wing-Chun's philosophy is “If people don't harm me, I don't harm others”, with “not losing” as the central dogma, the aim of combat is not to defeat the opponent, but prevent harm to ourselves.
[Lesson plan]
First semester: Wing-Chun's first moveset: The Little Idea. Breakdown and explain the combat use of each move and familiarize the move's combat use through paired practice. Near the end of the semester, we enter Turning Footsteps, adding turning to the moves learned earlier, in turn giving moves new angles, new forces, and new combat possibilities. Second semester: Simple combos like La-Da. Then move onto Chi-Sao sparring practice, starting with simplified and coordinated sparring to practice combos and familiarize with the use of moves on opponents, then into free Chi-Sao sparring to gain actual combat experience. After second semester: Continue accumulating combat experience through Chi-Sao sparring, then adding moving footsteps. The coach will teach the next moveset (Seeking Bridge) depending on individual ability.
