I believe that selling real estate is about more than ‘the deal’. This
frequently saves clients significant sums.

Negotiating the best price for you is always my first priority. However,
creating a fun, positive experience and building lasting relationships
are equally important to me. As a result, my business has grown between
10 and 20 percent every year through referrals. When negotiating the purchase or sale of your home, I approach it as a

inspectors I work with are considered among the best in the business. Many of my clients rely on me for advice on home repairs and
renovation for years after they’ve found a home. I maintain a database
with hundreds of craftsmen I have worked with and who have been
recommended by happy customers. This is a tremendous resource for
first-time buyers and busy professionals. To keep in touch, I like to host parties and special gatherings. Last
year a pet photographer took pictures of some of my clients’ favorite
family pets. And this past we had a dinner dance at Chastain Horse Park. We’ve also enjoyed movie nights at Phipps Plaza and Braves baseball
