Here's a really brief film clip showing the intersection of Fulton Industrial Boulevard and Bankhead Highway with the Bankhead Drive-In's marquee visible on the corner from Wednesday, June 25, 1980. This is from that story WSB-TV did on the location of the Utility Poles at that intersection. This is also the clip I made the screen grab from showing the Bankhead's marquee. Got a request for anyone who can help out! :-) Looking for some ground shot photos of the Bankhead Drive-In's marquee that stood at the corner of Bankhead Hwy and Fulton Ind Blvd. Here's an aerial shot image of it that I cropped up on from a pic from the 1970's. Again looking for some ground shots images of this sign. Anything anyone might have that they can scan off and share will be greatly appreciated!!! :-)

For those of you who remember the Bankhead Drive-In that was located on Bankhead Hwy you might also remember the Fulton Blvd Drive-In that was just down the road on Fulton Ind Blvd...Enjoy!!!

The Fulton Blvd Drive-In Theatre was located on Fulton Industrial Blvd in Atlanta, GA. This drive-in opened in 1962 and closed in 1971. Now an industrial park sits on the property. Share your memories of the Fulton Blvd as well!!!
