☀️ Sweet summer melon mocktails & cocktails that hit just right; off-the-vine tomatoes turned into mouth-watering bruschetta; the golden pink rays of the setting sun lighting up blushing zinnias and laughing faces; this was Aperitivo in the Garden last Saturday evening. It was a celebration of locally grown seasonal delights right here in Colfax, California.

👩‍🌾 Farmers and non-farmers alike were busy in the dirt this summer: sewing seeds, transplanting starts, weeding, re-routing drip tape, and more, all so they could harvest a rainbow-colored bounty and share it with others.

🌱 The Outfielders’ Community Garden is a place where salt-of-the-earth folk come together to share their knowledge and wisdom across generations while communing with nature.

👩‍🍳 Snapdragon Provisions, Wellness Cafe provided:
