Art House Theater Day is about celebrating the theaters, films and communities that make moviegoing special.

Join us Thursday, July 30 for an evening that begins with a behind the scenes tour with stories from The Colonial’s 111 year history, continues with w visit from Bethlehem Historical Society, and concludes with Sorry to Bother You - Boots Riley’s sharp, surreal satire - followed by an exclusive pre-recorded Q&A with the filmmaker himself.

Join the North Country Chamber Players for an unforgettable performance of perhaps the most ingenious blend of storytelling, instrumental color and accessibility ever created, Peter and the Wolf. The Chamber Players will present Prokofiev’s masterful, charming and memorable work in a special version for winds, percussion and narrator that is perfect for both first-time listeners and seasoned concert-goers who may remember it fondly from their own childhood. In collaboration with Weathervane Theatre, acclaimed actor Jorge Donoso will join the production as narrator.
