Kupec talks like a moderate at home. But when the most extreme abortion bill in our state's history came before the Minnesota Senate in 2023, it passed by a single vote, 34-33 -- and Kupec cast the 34th vote.

House File 1 made abortion a "fundamental right" in Minnesota, legalizing abortion through all nine months of pregnancy.

Then Kupec voted for the 2023 Health and Human Services bill that sent MORE of your tax dollars to abortion providers and REMOVED the requirement that doctors take all reasonable measures to save the life of a baby born alive after an abortion. 💔
