This past fall eczema spread quickly, unexpectedly, over many places when I started doing the "right" natural things to heal it left me in a constant state of worrying about whether or not what I was doing is working.
Will eliminating this food end this?
Will taking these vitamins and supplements end this once and for all?
When will the freaking itching and skin flaking be over?
PAUSE: Have you ever been itching in multiple places at the same time??? Whhhheww Jesus, it's something else!🤦🏾♀️
So basically I had all the questions....and sometimes I still do.
Constantly thinking about why this is happening to me and when it will all be over is for sure not going to make it stop.
Did you know that stress can make eczema flare? It can also increase inflammation in your body. And eczema is tied to inflammation. It also releases stress hormones which in the end has a negative impact on all the "right" things that I'm doing.
By constantly thinking and wondering about when this is going to be resolved actually does not a THING for the resolution of it all.
Deuteronomy 29:29 MSG placed this reminder in my heart, "God, our God, will take care of the hidden things but the revealed things are our business. It’s up to us and our children to attend to all the terms in this Revelation."
What's hidden from me right now is when the eczema will completely go away, but what I can focus on instead is what I'm doing today to make an impact.
To make impact in my health, in my home, in my work. I don't know if these vitamins and supplements will end this long term but as of today, this is what has been shown to help. Tomorrow is a secret to us all.
Maybe you're not wondering when your body will be healed but you're worried about...
If you should send the kids back to school
If you're making the right business decision
If you should niche down
Is this next course or coaching program going to skyrocket you to success
But all in all we have to choose to focus on our business of today and let God worry about the secrets of tomorrow.
“So do not worry about tomorrow; for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own."
Matthew 6:34 AMP
