Good morning everyone, hopefully the leadership conference is in full preparation mode. I wanted to take this time to say thank you for all of you who have made this page a success ever since the early days as GSACA. I would also like to say that from the time I started this page (a scared, innocent, and short sighted 18 year old) to now a married man, not afraid of the public’s eye, and will challenge anything that sounds wrong, we have developed a community that teaches the upbringing of the youth. LGBT youth are a minority that is challenged daily in every aspect, but what others don’t get is that we fight to be better, to stand our ground, and to fight for what’s right.

Over the years, I’ve been in a constant struggle with my faith. Some of us in the lgbt community feel we need to fear religion for its radical ways. Through the past three years I have been on a constant religious journey and through the best of times and the worst I still find there to be a struggle. I grew up in central Alabama and you really don’t find much diversity. In my family it was mostly baptist. In the next post I will be putting up a line and the cover photo of the latest book that I am reading and so far shines a lot of light on the subject.

Decided I’d split up and still post on this page as well as the new one make sure to follow our new page Allies USA

My mind has recently been distracted from
My number one priority, which has long been to help people in the same struggle as myself. How yo cope with family issues, the struggles in this world. So effective Monday morning GSACA WILL CLOSE!!! But we will be reopening in a new organization. I will send more details as they come.
