Starting with an idea and engineering it with technologies like solid modeling and finite element analysis is just the beginning of one of our products. We select only the best materials, aircraft grade 6061 billet aluminum custom drawn to our specifications, stainless steel alloys best suited for the application, all to produce the best performing products available. manufacturing methods for each component with the use of computer aided manufacturing and CNC high speed machining centers. Parts go through detailed inspection using the most advanced CMM technology providing precise measurements and unbeatable quality. After careful inspection, each part is processed through the finishing stages. Polished, chromed and anodized parts are finished to industry leading show quality standards. Assembly by experienced craftsmen using HHI custom made fixtures and jigs bring it all together followed by bench testing and final inspection to insure proper operation. Welcome to 2026 and the first look at our new Integral and External Mount Dominator Fork Brace.

These new HHI Braces fit 49mm, 2014 and up HD Touring bikes, with stock wheel/fender combinations. They come in Machine, Black & Chrome finishes, with hardware and mounting instructions.

Harley‑Davidson has announced the creation of the Bagger World Cup, a dedicated racing series set to run alongside MotoGP weekends beginning in 2026. The announcement was made at the EICMA show in Milan, where the logo and first prototype were revealed. The series will consist of six rounds, each featuring two races, held at iconic MotoGP venues including the USA GP, Italian GP, Dutch GP, British GP, Aragon GP and Austrian GP. Three official teams have been confirmed so far, Italy’s Cecchini Racing, USA’s Saddlemen Racing and Australia’s Joe Rascal Racing, signalling a global ambition for the series. The bikes, described as heavy touring machines (baggers) modified for racing, will bring a new style of competition to the international motorcycle racing calendar.
