Dad You left here 11/7/1986 at 5 minutes to 9am 37 years ago today does not seem real, I think of you everyday, you talt me so much about life, from treating people right giving respect, and also receiving respect. I have always tried to live up that as well, and now I am passing that very same wisdom that you showed and talt and gave me to your Grandson, my son Ben. Dad we had so many great times together you were and still are my Hero, Gosh you went at just 18 years old and fought for our country in WWII and took machine Gun wounding in both legs came home became the best father anyone could have ask for. You were truly Awesome you would give the shirt right off of your back if anyone needed it, or put food on there table, clothes, heating, just what ever, but also you wouldn't be disrespected or a hand put on you by anyone, that's what made you so special, you could definitely be a wrecking machine if need be, I think of all our times together from the bar days to picking up bond skips definitely could be a great book or movie either one, people wouldn't or couldn't imagine the things that we endeared together besides what you did before me. I Hope that I have made you proud to have kept CALLAHAN BAIL BONDING CO still going strong after all the's years you started it in around 1952 and still strong today 2023 over 71 year old BAIL BONDING business, I worked under you as a runner from 1979 till you left us 1986 then I took the reins and to this day your legacy still runs strong just think when Ben takes the reins and it will be a 3rd Generation Business over a 100 years old of service I know that you are smiling down on us and keeping us safe Much Love to you Dad in Heaven I am truly proud to carry your name never forgotten my father my Hero I Love Always Your Son James❤️💜❤️💜
