This is our 8th year attending the Dash, and it remains one of my absolute favorite days of the year. There’s just an energy there that’s hard to describe...it’s uplifting, it’s a little emotional, and it’s sooo inspiring.
This July marks my 9th "Liverversary." Nine years since my transplant. I think about my donor and her family every single day, but hitting this milestone makes me extra aware of how lucky I am to be here, living this life and being able to give back in this way.
