After 24 years, Canary Creek Cinemas has closed its doors. The owners have made this decision due to the general state of the theater, the economy, and decline in attendance. Our staff is extremely disappointed and saddened by this outcome. We have tried to just keep swimming, but that’s it ,ladies and gentlemen. The ride is over.

We have come to love all of our regulars over the years. Thursday Date Couple. Popcorn Guy. Large Extra Salt in the Middle. Tattoo Grandma. Jets Fan. Bob. And so many more! We thank you for your support over the years. We’ve been through the good, the bad, and the ugly, but our hearts will go on.

So long, farewell, auf wiedersehen, goodbye.

Unfortunately due to many many circumstances beyond our staff members’ control, the owners have decided that Canary Creek Cinemas will be closing. Our final day will be Sunday December 31. We would like to thank the community for 24 years of support.

Please join us the next two weeks for a couple of great movies. We will be showing Aquaman and Wonka. This weekend we are opening Thursday through Saturday. We will be closed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day so our staff can spend time with their families.
