It is never ok to pick on someone in general or never pick on someone who is different then you. We are all human and every human deverse respect, kindness, love, and compassion when someone picks on someone you are not being respectful, you are not being kind, you are not giving that person love or compassion you are ruining there day. So remember that when you do that to someone no matter who they are you are hurting that person and there feelings. We all have feelings that makes us human beings and we should never pick on someone no matter who they are. We are the light and love in these world we need to uplift people not hurt others no matter where they come from

A coach is someone who teaches you things about life and to help you to reach for your goals and dreams that you what to do a role of coach is to help you grow and help you accomplish what you want out of life. As a role of a coach they have to put in the work to make things happen and make possible for you so when I do Kickin it with Connor I make things happen by putting in the hard work that is a coach and a Life Coach has to do it is not about making the money to be a Life Coach a Life Coach is there for you so you can live your life on your time.

When you get old there is wisdom within you which you learned from all of reading books and so much more that you learned. I am not making fun of your age it does not matter how old you are you will still have wisdom within you and when you use the wisdom you have use that wisdom for the good not for the evil. We all have wisdom within us it is how we use that wisdom.

If you believe in something you can see it for a example Santa Calus, Jesus, God, Angels, Spirit Guides and many more the reasons why you can't see those people is because you don't see them why because you don't believe but seeing is believing if you are believer in those things I mentioned or the Universe you will see those things and that is amazing when you see those magical things.

When you wake up first thing in the morning remind yourself that you have a task the first thing you should do is make your bed and lay your clothes out and then drink water and then get your workout in and work on your goals that you have to do so remind yourself of those tasks that you have to do when you do those things in the first of the morning you will be accomplishing your goals and your dreams.
