Palace Theatre Gary Indiana The Palace Theatre in Gary Indiana The palace Theatre as we know it today for The Jackson 5 playing there. Atmopheric with stars, and over 2,900 seats.

It was built 1925 and the architect was John Ebert-son. It was and still is the biggest theatre in Gary Indiana. Theatre unfortunately was closed in 1972. Three doctors then bought the building, and tried over 3 times to bring it back to life. It has benn used for drug dealing, and Urban Remains illegally stole detailed architecture from inside and out of the building selling it for hundreds, an

d thousands of dollars. Today the theatre sits vacant, and drug dealers continue to sell things. People go into the theatre to take pictures.
