The Golden Community Cinema, is now showing monthly movies at a family-friendly price in downtown Golden. These second-run films, complete with popcorn, snacks and giveaways, are held in the American Mountaineering Center’s historic Foss Auditorium, located on the corner of 10th and Washington. Future plans for the Cinema include theme nights, documentaries and partnerships with local merchants. P

roceeds for the Golden Community Cinema support the American Mountaineering Center, home to Colorado Mountain Club and American Alpine Club.
