The 3-bedroom/2 bath all steel, cement and glass construction model handles 220 MPH+ wind speeds and contains a commercial-grade elevator, emergency stair case, ground

-level garage option, automated Skykitchen, push-button controls, solar panels and a hot-tub on the roof-level SkyDeck. The SkyDeck is also available for VTOL flying car options. All Skypads are constructed on-site by commercial, licensed professional contractors utilizing commercial building construction methods, materials and specifications. The average Skypad model is about (1/8th) the height of the Seattle Space Needle Restaurant, which was first built in 1963.
