Come talk about the movies you love at DFS, every Tuesday at 6pm. Become a member and never pay for a movie again! The Dartmouth Film Society is a student organization that meets once a week to discuss the films playing at the Hopkins Center, debate important issues (like whether Ghostbusters is the best film of all time), write program notes, critique new movie trailers and vote on series proposals for future terms. You don’t have to be an expert—you just have to have an opinion!

The summer Hop Film lineup kicks off with two films for Pride, a documentary about THE LIBRARIANS fighting the LGBTQIA+ book bans across the country (6/26, 7pm) and a charming gay rom-com starring Karan Soni and Jonathan Groff as an unlikely couple planning the Indian wedding of their dreams (A NICE INDIAN BOY, 6/27, 7pm).

And then on Sat 6/28 we have Kevin Macdonald's masterful documentary ONE TO ONE: JOHN & YOKO, with new concert footage and archival material that shows how their time rhymes with ours.
