Assets for Artists (A4A), with support from Greater Hartford Gives, is launching a 10-month capacity-building program designed to empower independent artists in the Greater Hartford region.

The new initiative provides 10 selected artists with critical resources for long-term career sustainability, including financial literacy training, business coaching, and peer networking.

Members of the cohort will receive financial support through a $5,000 project grant and a $10,000 unrestricted grant.

By focusing on low-to-moderate-income creatives and artists who have been historically underrepresented, the program aims to bridge economic disparities and strengthen the overall cultural ecosystem of Greater Hartford.

Monday, June 1, at 5 pm
