Change is constant and all around us, It is important to notice these changes and to be able to flow through and around them. When we build walls against change we can get stuck in them and no longer flow. The path of least resistance, the great Tao, is what we should all be trying to practice. Easier said than done, for sure, but that is why it is called a "practice"!
