Front Portico Transformation 🏡✨
A complete transformation of this front portico — from the structure behind the stucco to the final architectural details.
For this project, we:
• Completely removed the existing stucco and sheathing from the front portico
• Rebuilt and reinforced the portico structure
• Removed the existing arched window above the front entry
• Reconstructed the upper wall with a clean, straight design
• Installed custom mahogany entry doors
• Installed brick tile throughout the front porch
• Installed a new portico ceiling
• Relocated the lighting from the house wall to the front of the columns
• Added two additional ceiling lights and positioned all fixtures symmetrically
• Applied new stucco and matched the existing house texture for a seamless finish
• Paint to match the existing color
The goal was to modernize the entry while keeping the new work consistent with the original architecture of the home.
Another detailed exterior transformation completed from the structure out. 🔨🏡
