🎬 ISR has partnered with The Clyde Theatre for a FREE afternoon of film and conversation! Watch Thelma (2024) at the Clyde Theatre — then stay for a powerful community conversation.

Thelma is a comedy-drama about a 93-year-old woman who exposes a scammer and sets out to reclaim what was taken. After the film, join a free town-hall with Jeremy Morris, Assistant Attorney General for Medicare Fraud Control in Washington State, to learn how to protect yourself and your loved ones from scams.

Can't make the movie? Feel free to come for just the conversation at 2:30 p.m.

Saturday, October 11, we showed THE PORCELAIN WAR as a benefit for the people of Ukraine through the https://www.sunflower-fund.org/. We suggested a $20 donation, but those who attended were so moved by the movie and the stories told that they donated an average of $60 per person.

If you want to support the brave people of Ukraine in their defense of their homeland, that fund is an excellent method as there are no paid members (in fact, when members go there to distribute aid and assess needs they pay all of their own expenses). Every dollar donated goes to the people of Ukraine.

If you weren't able to attend, you can still donate online.

Providing direct financial assistance to Ukrainian nonprofit organizations delivering humanitarian aid to vulnerable civilian populations.

Heard that Oak Harbor Cinemas has sold out of presale tickets for KPop Demon Hunters shows today. That's fantastic for them, but you know where there are plenty of tickets? The Clyde Theatre, down in Langley. Shows at 2pm and 7:30pm, plenty of seats!

Hey guess what?

We've got KPop Demon Hunters coming to the big screen at The Clyde. You know, that show with the songs that you, your kids, your grandkids, the neighbors, everyone you know is singing along to? Yeah, going to be at The Clyde Saturday and Sunday, August 23 & 24, at 2pm and 7:30pm.

In order to manage that, we're shifting The Fantastic Four: First Steps to play Friday August 22, and then Monday-Thursday August 25-28.

Plenty of parking in Langley tonight to see JANE AUSTEN WRECKED MY LIFE at The Clyde! Show starts at 7:30, and will also play Wednesday and Thursday.

Schedule Change!

We will be showing the 20th anniversary re-release of the Kiera Knightly PRIDE & PREJUDICE this Friday-Monday (May 30-June 2) at 7:30 instead of the following midweek. We were able to shift it earlier to give it an additional night, and to give a couple of shows where patrons could sample some of our wine without having to worry about work the next day.

This means no midweek movie the first week of June, but we're planning to show 2014's PRIDE June 10-12.

Both shows of Florian Graner's gorgeous, sweet, fierce, lovely documentary sold out this weekend, so we're bringing ORCAS back for one more show this coming Sunday, May 25 at 2pm.

While a few folks weren't able to make it in to the last two shows, if you show up when we open the box office (1:30), there shouldn't be any problem getting seats. Be sure to stick around after the show for Q&A with Florian himself.

We're holding over A MINECRAFT MOVIE, so you have one more Friday to see the block-building, goofy adventure! Minecraft will show again this Friday, May 2, at 7:30 and then THE BALLAD OF WALLIS ISLAND will show Saturday, Sunday, & Monday at 7:30.

A COMPLETE UNKNOWN looks to be very popular (160 people for 250ish seats Friday night), and so we're going to bring it back after FLOW. So you can watch Timothée Chalamet as Bob Dylan this Saturday & Monday at 7:30 plus Sunday at 2:00, catch the beautiful animated adventure film January 31-February 3, and then come back for more Dylan February 7-10.
