The Mi De Ga has been in the same family since its beginning. Current owners Mike Flexer and Gary Flexer, are the sons of the founders. This is an old fashioned single-screen and uses a 1947 model Cretors Diplomat for their popcorn machine. Congratulations to the Flexers on 90 years with the Mi De Ga Theatre!

On Wednesday, September 9th, the public is invited to a special reception celebrating 90 years of the MI-DE-GA Theatre and honoring Mike and Gary Flexer for their dedication to this treasured piece of our community’s history.

For nine decades, the MI-DE-GA has been more than a movie theatre—it has been a gathering place, a landmark, and a beloved part of countless memories.

Please join us as we celebrate Mike and Gary and wish the MI-DE-GA Theatre a very Happy 90th Birthday!

Set in a southern town dealing with severe addiction, a drug detective fights the poison in his community while two teens in love face a life-altering crisis. The story emphasizes that only God’s grace and faith can provide redemption.
