Jacobs Brown specializes in publishing non-fiction media about pop culture subjects, such as Star Trek, Moody Blues, Irwin Allen series, Mary Tyler Moore, and even more. Jacobs Brown Media Group LLC was formed in 2007, in San Diego, California, by Robert H. Brown, who, over the course of two decades, and under numerous production banners, have produced hundreds of projects ranging from TV commercials, infomercials, music videos, educational and training programs, and the televising of live entertainment shows. Co-ventures include the award-winning comedy-documentary "Desperately Seeking Paul McCartney"; the TV series "Bachelor Pad"; the 2012 Reality-TV pilot, "The Sexperts"; and the children's program, "Teenie Tones". The Jacobs Brown Press imprint was launched with the objective to specialize in publishing non-fiction focusing on television, motion pictures, music, and the people within the entertainment industry. Jacobs Brown’s mission is to publish only meticulously-researched historical “biographies” designed to dispel folklore and shed new light on events from America’s pop cultural past. The Jacobs Brown Press inaugural publication is the epic story of the most-watched television show in the history of the medium – "Star Trek: The Original Series". The three-book set, "These Are the Voyages – TOS:" Season One, followed by Season Two, and Season Three, will boldly go where no books have gone before with "Star Trek".
