JEMS Productions These four young men fell in love with how to make movies and the art of the entire process from pre-production to production to post-production.

JEMS Productions is a social activist film production company that strives to marry world issues and film together to create artistic movements for the real world today. JEMS started in Burnsville, Minnesota 2004 as a film production company John Kinney, Erik Kollasch, Mathew Ringstead, and Shea Alexander Dietz used to make movies together. In 2005, Shea Alexander Dietz left the group because of a

family move to Colorado, but he still continued to make films under the JEMS banner with John, Erik, and Mat, albeit from a distance. In 2010, Shea Alexander Dietz took the reigns and registered the company to filter funds for his feature-length documentary, Breaking the Silence. After production of his documentary, Shea brought in his creative and business partner, Tiffany Johnson, as President of JEMS Productions.
