Administrative Assistant - Murray Lake Elementary School

Job Summary:
The hours of this position are 4.5 hours per day (12:00 PM to 4:30 PM), Monday through Friday. This is a school-year position that includes work prior to the start of the student school year and extends beyond the last day of school for students.

Murray Lake Elementary has been named a Literacy Leadership Award recipient by Talent First, a regional organization that partners with schools and the business community to connect talent with opportunity and strengthen the West Michigan economy. A key part of that mission is promoting literacy in the early grades, and this award recognizes schools that are performing above predicted expectations on state literacy tests.

Murray Lake earned this recognition by outperforming expectations and demonstrating that its approach to early literacy is working. Talent First uses this award to highlight schools like Murray Lake so others across the region can learn from their success and work toward similar results.
