A lot of people have asked about the meaning behind our new logo, so we wanted to share a little bit about why we chose it.
At first glance, the yoke is a simple piece of farm equipment, hand-carved wood used to link two oxen together to do the work of the land. But to us, it carries a much deeper meaning.
A yoke represents connection, partnership, and shared purpose. Two moving in step, relying on one another, carrying the load together. It’s a reminder that the most meaningful things in life, and on the farm, are rarely done alone.
That idea is at the heart of everything we do here. From the couples who begin their marriages on this property, to the families and friends who gather here for live music, cold beer, and nights around the fire, this place has always been about bringing people together.
There’s also a strong tie to history. Long before this land became a venue, it was worked by hand by people who understood the value of hard work, patience, and community. The yoke is a quiet nod to that legacy and the generations who built something lasting here.
We chose to feature it on our merch as a symbol of what this place represents:
• Shared experiences
• Strong foundations
• Carrying life’s moments, big and small, together
More than just a sweatshirt or hat, this place means something to us. We wanted a logo that felt timeless and represented both where this farm came from and what it’s continuing to grow into.
Whether you’re here for a wedding, a concert, or simply a Friday night with friends, the yoke is a small reminder of something bigger:
We’re all in this together. 🤍
