Village of Maybrook Over the years we have gained an even greater appreciation for our community and its spirit. The community we have does not happen by accident.

Whether you expect to be here for a short time or for the rest of your life, we hope you find Maybrook to be a friendly, caring and supportive community where everyone is received warmly by. Positive accomplishments are realized by the constant efforts of your Village Board, community organizations, residents and Village Employees. Together we will continue to make Maybrook a better place to live,

Statement from Mayor Dennis Leahy
Village of Maybrook

It is with profound sadness that I announce the passing of Village of Maybrook Trustee William "Bill" Treco.

On behalf of the Village Board and the entire Village of Maybrook community, I extend our deepest condolences to his beloved wife, Leslie, his sons, Billy and Connor, and the entire Treco and Wentink families during this difficult time.

Bill was a dedicated public servant who cared deeply about our community. His commitment to the Village of Maybrook and its residents will be remembered with gratitude and respect. His service, friendship, and unwavering dedication have left a lasting impact on our village.

As a mark of respect and in honor of Trustee Treco's service, all Village of Maybrook flags will be flown at half-staff beginning today, Saturday, July 25, 2026, and will remain at half-staff until sunset on the day of his burial, when they will be returned to full staff.

Please keep the Treco and Wentink families in your thoughts and prayers as they mourn this tremendous loss.

The countdown is on! In just 5 more days we'll be performing in this beautiful new ampitheatre in Shepard Park, downtown Lake George, NY!
This is our 3rd year performing in the Lake George Community Band Festival and this year we are honored to be the band opening the festival! We're onstage on Saturday July 18th at 2pm! Join us! We have a great program for everyone to enjoy.
