Neptune Cinema: 53-Hour Film Festival

In early September, the Neptune Theater 53-hour Film Challenge gave Memphis filmmakers a chance to flex their muscles. All filmmaking teams were given less than three days to go from concept to finished short film. One of those teams made a music video for Tom Foolery, aka Harold Scruggs. And now we present it as this week's Music Video Monday.
