What does everyone think about having our second annual car show around September? But this year it will be themed 50’s greaser themed!!!! What is everyone’s thought?
We took all the advice that was given to us last year about door prizes and other issues, and are excited to put on a great show for y’all!!!

Thinking the movies may be outsiders, grease, or possibly crybaby or even Stephen King’s Sometimes they Come Back? Just throwing options, still has to be approved by our movie bookers.

Just an update. We tested our equipment last night after some recent complaints about light quality. We did not have any complaints that we know of with Super Mario, but we did with The Mummy. We love showing scary or horror movies but most of those are dark in nature or filmed that way on purpose and will not show up well on any cinema screen or even at home. We do take the complaints seriously as without you we would have no business as all companies need customers. We are not sure how Backrooms will look as we have not watched it yet. Believe it or not even the full moon effect's the lighting here at drive in.
We have had outside the area techs praise our lighting and it tests very well on screen with luminance due to no ambient light behind the screen from background light pollution, other than the moon out here in the rural country setting.
None the less we did change to the strongest 3000 wattage bulb which is double what the old 35mm could do which was good from 1952 to 2013 We took a pic of an old bulb to show what they look like when used and especially past the point of use.
We are open all 3 weekend nights this weekend. We hope to see you here. If you are not happy with the look come see and we will give you a pass to the indoor cinema or money back but it must happen within the first 15 minutes of the showing. We can not refund after this time period

The radios we have that you can rent is for people who don’t want to use their car radio or don’t have a radio of their own we offer you the option to use one of ours you are free to use your own radio or the one in your car

I am excited to share we have these cups for the new movie The Mandalorian and Grogu available at both locations. Central Drive in Movie Theater and Norton Cinema City. The price is 8.50 and includes a drink if you wish. We do have a decent amount but 500 can go quick especially if the movie is popular. We have over 150 of the different styles include for the topper. One topper included with each cup purchase.

If any of my friends out of area would like one I can pack and ship for actual shipping cost. These can be purchased during regular operating hours. Remember the drive in opens at 730 as movie starts at 915

I can also leave some at the downtown arcade with no food going into container sales tax is just 5.3 percent.

Thanks for looking and appreciate you returning to the movies. This so far has been best year since Covid started
